The Bhagavad Gita, often referred to simply as the Gita, is a 700-verse Hindu scripture in Sanskrit that is a part of the Hindu epic Mahabharata. Set within a narrative framework of a dialogue between Pandava prince Arjuna and his guide and charioteer Lord Krishna, the Gita delves into the duty of a warrior to fight the Dharma Yudhha, a righteous war between the Pandavas and the Kauravas.
